Kathy Wolfgang has been in the Real Estate business since 1980. At the age of 27, she became a Real Estate Broker. Kathy has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer for the past 30 years. Lauren has over fifteen years of real estate experience, having helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their homes in and around the Chester County region. She has been a member of the Kathy Wolfgang Team since 2005 and obtained her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation in 2008. Lauren is a member of Suburban West Realtors Association as well as the National Association of Realtors, and is also a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in Business Administration.

Kelsey graduated from St. Joseph's University in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration; majoring in Food Marketing. She worked as a Sales Representative for The Hershey Company before joining the Team in August 2015 as a Marketing Specialist. Kelsey is a Realtor and is actively working with Buyers and Sellers in Montgomery and Chester Counties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Suburban West Realtors Association.

Anne’s passion for meeting new people and the desire to help them find their dream home is what drew her to Real Estate. In addition to being a licensed realtor, Anne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from St. Joseph’s University. Her experiences in the corporate world have enhanced her time management, organizational and communication skills enabling her to give clients the professional and reliable service they are looking for.


Anne grew up in Delaware County, has lived in Montgomery County and currently resides in Chester County, giving her a solid knowledge of Philadelphia’s surrounding areas.
